DHL - PUNCT DE LUCRU BRASOV - BRAŞOV, ROMANIA

Ar parea normal ca inaintea unei livrari sa se dea un telefon destinatarului pentru fixarea intalnirii. Nici mentionarile de la urmarirea unui colet nu sunt toate adevarate. Serviciul este deplorabil.

I had called for a delivery to england from my home and the gentlemen who came with the pkg yesterday for us was the same gentleman who came to pickup so we said in excitement. Oh your are the same gentlemen. He sarcastically replied " Unfortunately yes"....and when he was leaving I said "Have a nice day" and he replied " I hope so"....We all work with free will and no body is forced. But if somebody reply to a customer who is trying to do buisness and is being nice....This would or can be your last buisness for your firm from that customer. We are sorry to bother you and your hard working team with our work and we will do our best not to do it again. I gave 2star as the DHL delivery service has always been pleasant including todays....no complains but the personal....I cant vouch for that....Not to nail somebody but its affecting your buisness and our experience....Thank you
